Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our dry cleaning, washing or ironing services please contact us within 48 hours and we will re-process the items free of charge.

Dry cleaning authorisation

Although the majority of items for dry cleaning present no problems and clean very well, we occasionally receive items that have difficult stains or an item that is fragile or weak and we may request specific authorisation from you before attempting to dry clean or launder these items.

Standards and policies

The TSA (Textile Services Association) sets policies and standards for all launderers & dry cleaners. We follow these in dealing with lost and damaged items

Lost items

In the unlikely event that we lose an item of laundry or dry cleaning it should be reported to us within 24 hours. As per the TSA guidelines, Ironing Sucks Ltd liability with respect to any item shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item.

Damaged items

As per the TSA guidelines Ironing Sucks cannot assume responsibility for any inherent weakness or defects in materials which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabrics that are not readily apparent prior to processing.

In dry cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. As per the TSA guidelines Ironing Sucks liability with respect to any damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item.
